New Chair at Genome Canada

Genome Canada has appointed Dr. C. Thomas Caskey as its new Chair of the Board of Directors. Dr. Caskey has been Vice-Chair of the board since 2008, and has been involved with the board for many years.

Given the tough times ahead for Genome Canada (for which no funding was allocated in the most recent federal budget), we wish Dr. Caskey good luck.
