• A G5 “Ivory Tower” President
• A dean of a non-engineering, non-medicine Faculty
• Our national academies (where is the Royal Society anyway?)

… and remind Mr. Morgan (Not all research deserves public funding) that the letter signed by 2200 Canadian scientists never stated that “every project should be financed” and it never denied that “outcomes need be independently measured”.
